Ingredients:

* Sykkel London Dry Gin

* Lemon juice

* Simple syrup

* Sparkling wine like Cava

* Lemon peel

* Ice

Preparation:

* Add to a cocktail shaker with ice, 6cl of Sykkel London Dry Gin, 1.5cl of lemon juice and 1.5cl of simple syrup.

* Shake vigorously  15 seconds.​

​

* With a strainer, serve in a flute glass and complete

with cava-type sparkling wine.

​

* Decorate with lemon peel.
