2. RULES OF THE “Sykkel Monthly Raffle” PROMOTION

Sykkel, with CIF F10705705 and address at Avenida Gamonal, 6, C.P. 29630, Benalmádena (Spain) organizes for promotional purposes the promotion called "Sykkel Monthly Raffle", (hereinafter, "the Promotion") at a local level, to be developed through the Internet according to the mechanics detailed below.

a) Scope. The Promotion is valid only for people of legal age residing in the Peninsula and the Balearic/Canary Islands.

b) Duration. The promotion will take place in the months that Sykkel communicates on Instagram or the social networks or media that Sykkel chooses in its sole discretion.

c) Prize. The prize that is raffled consists of one (1) bottle of Sykkel London Dry Gin, the shipping cost will be paid by Sykkel.

d) Mechanics of promotion. The raffle will be announced on the first Friday of each month in which the promotion takes place. On the last Friday of that month, the prize will be raffled among those who meet all the requirements to participate, likewise two alternate winners will be raffled in case one does not meet the requirements. The winner will be announced through the Instagram story or the social network that Sykkel determines in its discretion. In the event that the winner does not meet the requirements or does not claim their prize within 72 consecutive hours of the announcement of the draw result, the prize will be awarded to the next alternate winner in raffle order, who will have 72 hours from the announcement of their award to claim the prize.

e) Requirements to participate. All natural persons of legal age in their country of residence, domiciled in the countries detailed in the Scope section, may participate always that:

- Follow @sykkelgin on Instagram, like the post announcing the giveaway and name three (3) friends by replying with the hashtag #sykkelgin.

- The personal data with which they participate be truthful.

They will not be able to participate:

- Employees of Sykkel, as well as their relatives up to the second degree in direct line and up to the fourth degree in collateral line.

- Minors according to the laws of their country of residence.

- Those people who have participated in the preparation of this Promotion.

f) Reservations and limitations. Sykkel is exempt from any responsibility in the event of an error in the data provided by the participants that prevented their identification. Likewise, it is not responsible for possible circumstances that may affect the sending of notifications or the prize, such as, for example, misspelled electronic or postal addresses.

Sykkel reserves the right to modify the prize or the promotional mechanics or to eliminate the promotion, without the need for prior notification to the participants, the mere modification of these conditions being sufficient.

Sykkel reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or alteration of the promotion.

Sykkel excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the services through which you participate in the promotion and, in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses through the Internet. Sykkel will not be responsible for cases of force majeure that could prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their prize.

g) Exoneration of responsibility to social networks. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with any of the social networks where it is promoted, such as Instagram, for which reason the Participants release any social network where the campaign is promoted from all responsibility for eventual damages arising from it.

h) Protection of personal data and assignment of rights. The personal data provided throughout the promotion will be incorporated into the files and treatments owned by Sykkel solely to correctly manage the development of the promotion. And in the case of the winners, the data will also be used for the following purposes:

- Publicize the event in electronic media.

- Appearance in the company's social media.

- Delivery of the prize

The data will be treated under the legitimacy granted by the consent given by each of the participants in order to develop the promotion. The personal data of the participants will not be disclosed to any third part or transferred to third countries or international organizations. The winner will be asked to send a photo of the prize, the sending of an image will be optional.The effective sending of said image implies the free assignment in favor of Sykkel of the right to exploit its image through paper media, internet and social networks, without territorial limitation and free of charge with the sole purpose of illustrating the promotion. This concession also implies being able to reproduce, use and disseminate your name, surnames and image in any advertising and/or promotional activity that is related to the Promotion, all in any medium (including, but not limited to, the Internet) without said activities confer the right to any remuneration or benefit, with the exception of the delivery of the prize won in accordance with these bases.

Your data will be kept as long as there is a relationship with the winners of the contest and, once completed, we will keep your personal data for a period of five (5) years as long as it is necessary to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, derived from the relationship with the contest winners, as well as to meet any responsibilities arising from their treatment.

i) Acceptance of the bases. The simple participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of these Bases, for which the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them implies the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of this, Sykkel will be released from the fulfillment of any eventual obligation contracted with said participant.

j) Competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and breach of these Bases will be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy that will result from the interpretation or fulfillment of these bases, will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the  Malaga`s city.
