Ingredients:

* Sykkel London Dry Gin

* Tonic water

* Dehydrated lemon slice

* Ice

* Mixed dried fruit

Preparation:

* In a previously chilled glass, fill with ice and serve 6cl of Sykkel London Dry Gin, gently add 20cl of tonic water, without breaking bubbles, tilting the glass and pouring  over the wall of it.

* Stir with a turn to integrate and garnish with a slice of dehydrated lemon, served with a mix of dried fruits.
