Sykkel Craft Distillery was born from an Eduardo´s dream. It happened at the end of the 19th century, he was drinking in a London pub with his friend Martin when he saw a Penny Farthing driven by a man in dress-coat. At that moment he woke up and inmediately called him telling about his dream and saying:
“We have to make what we were drinking in that bar!!!”.
The Penny Farthing bicycle, a typical vehicle from the end of the 19th century, is our connection with effort, evolution and the idea of never give up, continuing to roll, like life itself. The turns of its wheels show that you can be up or down, but the important thing is perseverance, movement, experimenting, developing and innovating so that the result be enjoy, live and
